The development objective of the programme is to contribute to the formation and development of information society in Armenia, put the information and communication technologies to the service of consolidation of democracy in the country, and create conditions, by the establishment and implementation of e-governance systems, for more efficient public administration, enhanced participation, heightened democratic principles of governance, transparency, and decreased corruption.
